Our condo is located on the Big Niangua Arm (MM13) with beautiful views of the lake. We are from eastern Iowa. We chose this property because it's so close to highway 54. It's a walk-in level for ease in carrying in supplies. The complex has 3 swimming pools and is just minutes from Ha Ha Tonka State Park, 2 golf courses, shopping, bars, restaurants and other fun activities. Last year we converted fireplace to electric and this year we are adding a king-sized bed in the master. This property is in the gated community of Cedar Heights in Camdenton, Missouri directly off Highway 54. There is a 12 x30 boat slip available on request. The water is quiet to let you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing etc

Summary: Me, my hubby, brother & SIL had a great time at the condo & LOZ area. Condo was super clean, organized, had nice furniture & was as advertised. Nadine was a great communicator, especially about parking and access to the condo. We will definitely rebook in the future. Location was perfect for us as well!

Summary: This property was exactly as described. The owners had the place clean and organized (including all the little cooking tools we needed- pizza cutter, etc) and were responsive, when contacted. The unit was on the parking level, which was great to not have any steps, and close to the two main pools.

Summary: Condo is bigger than what pictures show. All of the appliances worked great and were clean. Love the style of the condo. Back deck was screened in with a screen that you can see through easily. Pools were nice. Owner replied quickly with any questions. Loved our stay!

Summary: Our family enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and the decor was really nice. Beds were comfortable and the overall atmosphere was really nice. The lake view was beautiful. Only negative was the HOA people were not very friendly and a little over the top. Would be nice if the property would have a pavilion with tables for people to sit and talk at if they will not let people use the tables by the pools.

Summary: Very clean and nicely appointed Condo on Lake of the Ozarks, close to H-Ha Tonka. Conveniently located near restaurants/shops. Comfortable beds and very nice views of the lake. Nadine was a wonderful host and left easy directions for turning on the water, hot water heater and ice maker. Had a little trouble figuring out how to lock the door, and she responded immediately, helped us get it locked, and was so nice about us having to call her. Really nice host.
