Positive: Absolutely stunning place, you’ll never find another place like this. Every touch is personal and you can’t get more attentive and welcoming hosts than Colin and Shane who absolutely made our trip. We can’t praise this place enough, including the beautiful river access where Steve caught his fish which he’ll never forget. Thank you for a brilliant stay Colin and Shane. We’ll be back for sure

Positive: We loved staying at No12. Firstly, the hosts were very accommodating regarding our check in time and they were extremely welcoming upon our arrival. The spacious bedroom had a lovely large bed as well as a sofa for relaxing; tea/coffee making facilities and a carafe of wine. Everything was spotless. I think it useful to mention that our room was up some stairs and it would be tricky for someone with limited mobility unless there is a bedroom on the ground floor but we didn’t notice one. The continental breakfast was beautifully served in the light and airy kitchen looking out onto the rustic garden. We were served with fresh orange juice; chilled water, choice of tea or coffee as well as yogurt, fruit, cold meats & cheeses and a basket of fresh pastries. We couldn’t manage all the pastries but our lovely hosts packed them up for us to take on our journey which we thought was very thoughtful. The location of the property is brilliant - barely 10 mins off the N10. We would definitely recommend this delightful b&b.nothing

Positive: Picturesque B&B next to the river. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated room. The breakfast was also one of the best I've had in a B&B. The couple hosting were very welcoming.

Positive: This place is a real gem. Highly recommend. Great location-5mins from the motorway. Lovely town by the river with nice restaurants and bars within mins walk. Colin and Shane are really nice people and fabulous hosts. They could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Our room was stunning, very tastefully decorated, as is the whole house, which is also absolutely spotlessly clean. Attention to detail was excellent. Everything you need for a great stay. The beds were also extremely comfortable. Breakfast was superb as was the presentation! All fresh produce and plenty of it! Our no1 place to stay when we are next in the area. Perfect!

Positive: An old riverside house in a small town brought to life by the amazing design vision of its owners. Individual and quirky (in a good way), the accommodation is also very comfortable with modern plumbing, heating and lighting and the room sizes are very generous. The hosts are very hospitable and serve a delicious breakfast which can be taken in their lovely garden in the summer months. This is a place that will linger in your memory.
Negative: Some fresh milk in the room would have been nice - being really picky here!
