Positive: Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Decor was fabulous and all so interesting. Toilet had separate door which was good. Beds were so comfy and warm. Room was dual aspect with lovely views. Beautiful old house which was a privilege to stay in. Great coffee in the room. Loved this place. Breakfast was excellent with any amount of hot tea. Quality fruit yoghurt breads meats cheese. All round 10 out of 10 place.

Positive: A beautiful and very unique accommodation, exactly to our liking! Everything had been thought of, and we arrived in a pre-warmed and very clean room, where some wine, tea and coffee were also provided 🙏🏻 A relaxed arrival and immediate comfort were guaranteed after a long journey; thank you again for that!! Very friendly hosts, one with a great passion for design, evident throughout the house, and his husband, with his love of cooking, who prepared breakfast. Small but perfectly formed – with a nice little selection for a great start to the day (perhaps a few eggs would be nice too... but we probably would have received them if we had asked for them ☺️) The small town is within walking distance. Overall, a wonderful experience with hosts whose passion for their guesthouse is evident. Thank you Colin and Shane, we are sure, we see you again 😊

Negative: That we didn't have nice weather to sit in the pretty little courtyard ☺️🙂 Everything was perfect for us!! (Just one small thing... we actually wanted to tell you in person. But we forgot because we were thinking about leaving and it wasn't that urgent :-) We had some "trouble" with the warm duvets at night, as they were perhaps a bit too wide for the twin beds and therefore hung down heavily. This made our sleep a little restless. But that's just a personal feeling and not a criticism, just a little information.)

Positive: A great place to stop on the drive north; wish we could have stayed longer. Hosts were incredibly kind, and the space beautiful. The house is cozy and the breakfast fantastic. Highly recommend whether overnight or for a longer stay.

Positive: No12 is a beautiful place to stay in the lovely village of Mansle. The rooms have been beautifully renovated, we loved the art throughout and Colin & Shane were fantastic hosts. Breakfast was delicious, there is also a wealth of homegrown fruits and vegetables in the gardens. The room was very comfortable with the added extras that make your stay just that little bit more relaxing
