Positive: The location. The beds were good. The layout was cute. Parking was great for us. The bar downstairs was awesome. Super nice owner and people.
Negative: There was no TV. The toilet area was very tight.

Positive: Great location. Housekeeping was excellent. They changed Towels and cleaned rooms every day even though we stayed for 3 nights. Common kitchen with all practical items for cooking was a blessing, especially on tight schedule and travelling with kids/family. Housekeeper was friendly. Instructions to check-in and check out was very clear. Recommended this place to stay. Has lots of eateries nearby and a bar on ground floor. Washrooms are clean. 10 to 15 minutes walking from Interlaken west station with kids. Kitchen has cutlery, fridge, cooking range, microwave, coffeemaker, horwater kettle, table n chairs, spices and basic ingredients for quick food/cooking.
Negative: Note that thus is self checkin hotel. The self checkin app at the facility sometimes hangs and need to refresh, which common people may not know. But this is not a big deal and call the phone no given and will get assistance.
Summary: Excellent place for families with practical kitchen and walking distance to railway station

Negative: Noise insulation could be improved a bit. Could hear other guests walking, talking and the sound of the bathroom being used until past midnight. A note to guests as well to be considerate to others not making noise, especially after 22.00.

Positive: The location is very convenient. It’s close to the Interlaken West station and has got a range of nice cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. For the four of us as a family, it was a nice cosy room with enough space for luggage and to sleep comfortable beds. The kitchen downstairs has got all the essentials to make light meals and to store food in the fridge if needed. It was quite warm therefore the fans were provided. The coffee vouchers were a nice welcome touch. Thank you.
Negative: The washroom basin was difficult to use as it was small and mainly the shelf kept coming in the way. If trying to splash water on the face. The online check in using the web based app wasn’t working but luckily we had the house keeping lady there to help us check in using the downstairs tablet and physical keycards to avoid any late night problems getting into the property. The kitchen did smell most of the times and could put off some people who are sensitive to smells.
Summary: Nice, cosy, convenient and contemporary place to stay in Interlaken.
