The 120 m² apartment is located on the first floor, composed by:
3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, garden and a private car parking.
The bedrooms are spacious with large double bed, big wardrobes, fan and tv screen
There are 2 bathrooms: one is more bigger than the other, fully equipped with bathub, shower, towels and bath products.
The other one is small with shower, wc and washing machine
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, coffee and tea machine, electric kettle, dishes, pots and cookers, oven, microwave and dishwasher
The living room is composed by sofa, armchairs, wooden old furniture, big tv screen
The sofa is a davenport and became a big single bed
We have a big garden with a lot of plants and flowers, and a dining area with: gazebo, table, chairs bench and beach umbrella.
You can also use the garden deckchairs for sunbathing, relax and refresh.
We have two terraces to be used for drying the clothes or for smoke outside the house.
The apartment is provided with free wi-fi connection, and a private free car park just outside the house.
We also have a little garage used for park the bicycle or the motorbikes.
We offer free use of 7 bicycles for adults and children, perfect for move around Levanto and Cinque Terre very bike friendly places
There is a private car park, just under the apartment included in the price of the apartment

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our neighborhood is quite and safe, it's a residential area with a lot of park garden and green areas.
You can find a supemarket 500 meters from the house, and in the zone there are a lot of little tipical shops where you can buy local food products. The train station is only 2 minutes walking from the house, ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre
In the train station square there is the biggest bus stop of the public transport service.
We can arrange a meeting point in the station and we can accompany to the house.
In a just 5 minute walking you can go to the city center full of bars shops and restaurants, and in 10 minutes you can arrive at the Levanto's beatiful beach.

Summary: David and Noemi are excellent hosts. Their communications and assistance before and during our stay was superb. The location is ideal in the town of Levanto with its numerous restaurants, shops and biking/walking trails. And superb beaches. Best of all not the tourist crowd like in the five Cinque Terre towns. Very nice patio also at the rental. Would have loved to stay much longer than four days.

Summary: My adult family and I loved this well equipped VRBO. We were met at the train station by the hosts and then walked the 5 mins to the apartment. They supplied us with plenty of information about Levanto and the surrounding area, which we found very helpful. The beds were comfortable. We used the bikes that were supplied to tour the area. Summary: The location was perfect. We could easily walk to the grocery store, into town, to the beach, to the Cinque Terre hiking trail or the train station. The owner, David, met us at the train station when we arrived and was very helpful during our stay with wonderful tips on how to best enjoy the area. We loved our stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Noemi’a Apartment. It is very spacious with 2 large bathrooms. Noemi and Davide are great hosts and communicated well. The location can’t be beat. Train station is a 7 minute walk and can be seen from the apartment. From there you can travel to the CT villages. Appreciated having free onsite parking. Highly recommend!

Summary: We absolutely loved the apartment in Levanto. David was so helpful explaining how to work everything in the apartment. He also gave us such good recommendations for dinner and things to do! We just love Levanto! It is our third trip there! Hope to return soon!

Summary: For those travelling without a car, this apartment could not be more convenient for train travel; you can see the station out the back windows and from the private garden. The owners met us at the station with their car and transported our luggage. Following they provided an in depth orientation to the area, and provided recommendations of their favorite places to eat and things to do. Although we did not make use of the complimentary bicycles, Levanto was certainly a bike friendly town. We usually explored the Cinque Terre region during the day and returned to Levanto at night for dinner; and the cuisine did not disappoint. Our favorite was Da Rino. If I would have one suggestion it would be that, although the owners generously encouraged us to use anything we found in the cabinets or refrigerator, left behind by others, there should be a clean sweep of these things every now and then. Overall, I would highly recommend this property as a place to stay when discovering all that the Cinque Terre has to offer.
