Summary: The entire staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The service was excellent. Perfect location and the food was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. They made us feel so special.

Summary: The rooms are clean, luxurious and the penthouse plunge pool was a welcome retreat. We had a room on the first floor initially but requested to be moved since the path to the penthouse pool required walking through the hotel bar. Irena at the evening reception was wonderful in facilitating the move to the 5th floor. The 1st floor room was quite dark while the 5th floor suite was much brighter with higher ceilings. I recommend booking a suite to get the higher floors on the better wing of the hotel. Booking a water taxi to the airport was easy thanks to the concierge and the bell staff helped walk our bags to the nearby dock where the taxi was waiting. The only non-positive to mention was some sizing up by 2 staff members during check-in, which felt awkward. Overall, it was a great luxury property in a great location in Venice.
