Positive: Great location, communicative property management, well organized check in/ check out. Room had everything- from bath robes to make-up remover which I did not expect in this price range.
Negative: I found bed to be too soft and uncomfortable so I had hard time sleeping. I did not like having to sign rental agreement that was so long that I signed it without reading. I never had to sign rental agreement through Booking before.

Positive: What a beautiful room in an amazing location! Quiet at night and very close to lots of amazing resturants. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was very, very clean. Access was very easy and convienent. And above all the price was incredible. So glad we found this spot.

Negative: The toilet is very small and has the sink above the toilet, it one fits one person. It gets flooded very easily. The toilet is on another floor so it’s not very comfortable.

Positive: Communications were excellent, the housework, extremely welcoming, and it was a great experience. The location is fantastic. The place is extraordinary value and exceptionally clean.
Negative: All of the instructions, the codes and details were quite lengthy. I wonder if it could be more concise? Also, my particular bathroom facility probably needed just a little bit of updating, but also was off the laundry room so it was a bit awkward to access at Times when people were using the laundry.
