1 Bedroom Cottage in Pueblo

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND RENTAL. AND ON PROPERTY
This is a rustic guest house built in the 1930s. It was used back in it's origin as a trophy house for wildlife game. It is newly renovated over the summer of 2022.
The house has an upper loft with a queen size bed, wardrobe closet, a cedar chest with an extra pillow and blankets, a small table and lamp with alarm clock, and an open view of of the bottom level. There is a standard size staircase that takes you up to the loft bedroom. The bathroom is on the main floor down below the loft.
House contains a full kitchen with coffee bar. refrigerator, and electric stove,/oven. THE WASHER / DRYER SET IS FOR LONG TERM GUEST ONLY. It contains a shower, with half bath. (toilet, sink and vanity)
This guest house has a fireplace , but it is NOT functional to use. This guest house has a FUJITSU, Wall mounted, Heater/ Air Conditioner mini split unit located in the main living area of the house. It also contains a small wall heater located inside the bathroom near the shower.
There are no pets allowed, however, we do have one dog Labrador Retriever, and two cats that live on the property.
My cottage has a rustic, Western feel. It is newly remodeled, comfortable, private, and quiet

Summary: Very nice and clean. Loft bed little incoveient for older folks but was manageable. Host was very friendly. Would stay again if in that area. Could use small night lite at bottom of stairs for coming down at night.nighnightnight.to.ubathroom.bathroom.

Summary: This is a very comfortable cottage with all the amenities. Quite convenient to the Riverwal. It also to the state fair. Beautiful garden and friendly owner. Highly recommended

Summary: Perfect place for couples. The cottage is cute and modern but with a vintage charm, it offers easy access to the Pueblo area. This cottage is located at the back of the owners property. You park and enter through the back alley. The bedroom loft is on the second level open to downstairs area. The only issue (as an older adult) is the restroom/shower is on the first floor. So if you wake up during the night needing the bathroom you’ve got to traverse the stairs. I would recommend this cottage.

Summary: Beautiful renovated cabin originally built by CCC in back yard garden of 1800s home. Kim, the wonderful hostess, was very friendly and told us where to go for aspen peeping. Great trip and experience.
