Summary: The location and property were great. We planned a weekend catch up to enjoy the sites, cook, laugh and connect. The property is fully stocked with all the kitchen utilities we needed. We were happy with what was on offer.

Summary: I booked this property after reading glowing references. I realise now that the property is most appropriate for groups and large families who are looking for a low cost per person stay. The cost is the same for 2 people as for 6 people, which makes it fairly expensive per person for couples. We are a couple and this was one of the most expensive stays on our Victoria holiday Based on this we were expecting quality. The house is dilapidated and needs maintenance. For example: The extractor fans do not work in the bathrooms. Doors fall off in the kitchen. The front door key lock sticks and must be forced to unlock.

Summary: Property was in a good location, close to the waterfront, Liebig St. Eateries etc. Good off street parking. Would have been a bit better stay if there was a starter pack ie. Milk, cereal, or something similar, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The whole family had a great time staying at Norfolk Cottage. The house was perfect for our needs and is close to everything. The street was so quiet and peaceful. The back part of the house has a lovely outlook to the garden. We would all love to stay again.
