Summary: I was not expecting anything fancy for the price i paid, however i still think for the price, that this place is quite poor. I will not stay here again. The place was not clean, there were stains all over the floor and on the matress protector that hung down off the bed, the room smelt very musty, the blind was broken so i couldnt pull it up to let air or light in, there were hairs in the shower that were not my own and the bed was quite wobbly and squeeky.

Summary: We enjoyed a clean and comfortable bed. The location is excellent, only being two blocks from cafes, restaurants and the beach. It was a cheaper place to stay. Carpets are due for replacement, some of the bathroom fittings, draw handles and toilet roll holder were rusty, the cistern on the toilet leaked, so about a third of the bathroom floor was always wet. Heat pumps are on the same frequency, so after going to bed, ours came on. Fortunately, the heat pump could be turned off at the powerpoint.

Summary: This property looks ready for demolition. I don't think the manager has a chance of presenting it at an acceptable standard. There was a disabled lady in the next room who kept approaching me and knocking on my door/wall through the night. The TV did not work- it had token rabbit ears for reception. The walls and carpet were in great disrepair (gross permanent stains, deep mould etc) and looked impossible to keep clean. The hot water took 5 minutes to start warming, another 5 to get hot. Lights from the advertising billboard were directed straight into the room. The windows were so decrepit they kept little of the busy road traffic noise out. If I had the energy I'd ask for a refund.
