Close to North Wollongong Beach, popular cafés, the Novotel, parks, and the scenic coastal bike track, this thoughtfully styled coastal home blends 1930s charm with calm, contemporary design. Ideal for families, couples, professionals, or retirees seeking a peaceful beachside retreat — whether for a weekend escape or a longer stay.
Set in the shade of the largest native gum tree in the area, the building is often visited by possums, cockatoos, kookaburras, and other native birds, offering a uniquely Australian atmosphere. With just three easy steps to the front porch, the apartment is easily accessed — convenient for prams, guests with mobility concerns, or those arriving with luggage. The garage and driveway are directly beside the apartment, providing off-street parking for 2 cars in tandem — a major convenience in a suburb where parking can be difficult.
