Positive: Didn’t get to stay as I needed two oarking spaces and they only had one. And I would think if I didn’t stay they would refund at least the cleaning fee as they didn’t have to clean it at all.
Negative: No parking so had to lose the reservation.

Positive: Clean & comfortable. Bed has a great mattress! No oven, but has 2 burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot & full size refrigerator/freezer. We also use our own crockpot for some meals. Also equipped with dishes, pots & pans and all utensils. Large double sliding window in main room where can open curtains to see the beauty of the sunrise & sunset colors in the sky or open the windows to breath in the fresh, ocean air. Large, Roku TV mounted on the wall with tons of options. Shower is roomy with hot water instantaneously & great water pressure. Landlord takes great care of the property and is friendly and attentive.
Negative: We love everything here. It is peaceful & we can walk right across the street to the beach/ocean. We are blessed to catch the sunrise every morning as it rises, weather permitting, of course.

Positive: There was a beach just across a two lane road.that we walked to. The room had sink, fridge, microwave…check in process was done through text message and was easy.
Negative: I was surprised about the cleaning fee which I did see it at the end of all the booking process…wish it had been more noticeable before I got to that point.

Positive: It was close to the beach and clean. The place was cute.
Negative: The walls are thin and you can hear the conversations of your neighbors however the owner did leave earplugs. The parking was tight.
Summary: It was a nice stay, we would stay again.

Positive: North Beach Motel is a cozy little hotel. It's small, a little worn, but clean, tidy, super accessible to the beach. You can hear the ocean easily, and smell the salt air. For the price it was a good deal. It is a bit worn, and the parking slightly awkward, but honestly you won't find a better deal that close to the beach.
Negative: Parking was tight, and be mindful, not a a lot of room to maneuver, But timed with the traffic light it's doable and worth the time to position yourself to pull out nose first. The walls are thin, so come prepared for it, but all the guests at our stay where super respectful and nice.
Summary: My wife and I stayed there visiting friends for an overnight. We found pleasant and will return.
