Positive: This place is a haven of modern comfort and thoughtfulness, designed to feel like a home away from home. The North Capital Charm apartment has impressive attention to detail, starting from the very beginning with the hosts clear and concise email instructions. As soon as you enter the apartment, the plush blanket and couch cushions welcome you to snuggle up and relax. There's ample space in the bedroom and office space to unpack or organise your luggage. And there's even a lush hair straightener to help tame the most exhausted travellers' hair. The bathroom is small but fit for purpose with great shower pressure, and the washing machine and dryer did a brilliant job for our laundry. The kitchen and appliances are obviously top of the line, which makes for an effortless stay on nights you decide to eat in or cook. Being a downstairs unit means you may hear footsteps or sounds of creaky floorboards from the upstairs neighbour. But this shouldn't take away from your overall experience. It's clear there's been a lot of care put into creating a warm and welcoming space for guests. We would definitely recommend this haven to others.

Positive: The apartment was perfect for me traveling alone. It was easy to get to and walkable. The decor was very tasteful and it was exceptionally well kept.
Negative: Some instruction on the wait time for the shower to start.
Summary: This is a great property with all the amenities necessary for 1-2 people to be very comfortable when traveling in DC !

Positive: The property itself was fantastic! From the amenities to the layout and interior design. The added backroom off the bedroom, including the office space and Peloton exercise bike, was an added surprise! Typically, I have to purchase spices for the kitchen, yet in this instance, what was provided was a wealth of options. The internet was super fast in the entire apartment, the shower pressure was great, and those bookings have control of their HVAC settings in this property. Owner is very responsive and helpful as well!!
Negative: It has nothing to do with ownership or anyone's control. Parking can be tricky, as many in the neighborhood drive as well. Expect to have to park a block away, occasionally.
