This beautiful townhouse has 3 spacious bedrooms- each with balcony access and additional sitting area in the main bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen. Direct beach access via the end of the street, only a 2 minute walk and your feet are in the sand. This property is an open plan with plenty of room for friends or family.
Bring your pet along and enjoy a nice BBQ in the backyard with the family or enjoy the views from your private balcony. Ideal for fishing, only 2 minute drive to the nearest boat ramp. This properties features include a coffee machine, a rooftop terrace, dishwasher, parking, BBQ and Wi-Fi

Summary: The property has everything you will need, it’s in a perfect location and close to everything. The proximity of the house is just a bit too close to neighbours, but a quiet and friendly neighbourhood… The only thing is, that the property needs fumigation.. I caught a few (4) cockroaches despite of cleanliness of the property during our 7 nights stay. The agent rectified the problem immediately by giving me Mortein but I can’t use it because I have my small dog with me… Overall, we had a pleasant stay… Kind Regards Elenita
