This wonderful beach House is located in the beautiful Fleet's Neck neighborhood facing the Peconic Bay. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach along with easy beach parking. The nearby beach has beautiful views filled with sailboats in the summer. The house is a mile to King Kullen supermarket, Braun Seafood, a variety of vineyards, Greenpoint Brewery and many farm stands. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. It is situated on 1/2 an acre lot, with water views and a lawn to play. There is a spacious outdoor deck for grilling, cocktails or a morning coffee. It is 90 miles from NYC, 15 minutes to Greenport and 25 minutes to Orient Point Ferry.

Summary: This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as it was last summer :). Kate was very responsive and accommodating, the house was well stocked and clean upon arrival, and the location was close to many wonderful places (wineries, beach, restaurants). Looking forward to next summer already!

Summary: We loved our stay here! The house was beautifully decorated, while also being comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. Close enough to everything (walking distance to the beach and playground, short drive to town) though quiet enough to truly relax. Kate was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating- thank you!!

Summary: We’ve stayed here twice and we’ve loved it every time. The house is very clean and comfortable, well decorated, and the proximity to the beach and playground is excellent.
