This great 4BR home is in a quiet neighborhood located at Jomax-17 and close to USSA, Gore, TSMC and many other large valley employers. Great base for a family or anyone else to enjoy everything Arizona has to offer. We look forward to welcoming your group to this freshly furnished home, or as we like to call it, Parkside Paradise!
The space
This cozy home sleeps up to 7 adults in 4 bedrooms. Located in North Phoenix, just a mile off the I-17 and is a quick drive to most places in the Valley and Northern Arizona.
The house was refreshed in 2019 with new vinyl flooring throughout, as well as upgraded kitchen and bathrooms.
The front of the house features a low maintenance yard and perfect porch to watch the beautiful AZ sunsets or monsoons roll in. The 2 car garage is wired with 220 power to charge your EVC anytime. This fully furnished home will welcome you with a lovely sitting area when you walk in with a bookshelf stocked with kids books, toys and board games. The fresh bright open floor plan kitchen, dining room and living room will fit your needs. Kitchen comes fully equipped with plates, cups and silverware. Downstairs you will also find a half bath as well as a full size washer and dryer.
The brand new smart TVs throughout the house have all your favorite apps pre-installed for you to sign in and start streaming, as well as a paid Youtube TV subscription for cable and local news.
Upstairs, you will find all the bedrooms as well as loft and sitting area. The first bedroom has a full size bed with a large dresser. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds with 2 dressers and a well stocked bookshelf of children's books. The third bedroom features another full size bed with a dresser. The bathroom has a full size glass door shower with a luxury shower head. Finally the Master suite features a king size bed with large windows looking north. The on suite bathroom has a large walk in glass enclosed shower and separate his and hers sinks. The large walk in closet has plenty of space for all the shoes. All rooms come equipped with bedside power ports.
The large open loft has a workspace with power, ready for remote office or school work.
The backyard is a year around paradise. No matter the season there is something for everyone. Artificial turf with swing set, and yard games. Fenced diving pool with toys, basketball hoop and Baja Bench. Enjoy grilling out on the large covered patio with smart TV, ceiling fan, outdoor speakers and misters. If the backyard isnt enough 2 houses down you'll find a large community park with a playground and ample open grass area.

Summary: Rented for a visit to Phoenix. This place really felt like home! Hannah is a great host and very quick to communicate. Nicely decorated, plenty of space for everyone, gorgeous showers, great backyard and large tvs. This house has everything you need to really have a relaxing trip! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to get to most major highways and there are hiking trails close by. The fenced in pool is perfect for kids and it was nice to sit outside and watch tv when it cooled down at night. I will definitely rent again on our frequent visits to Phoenix!

Summary: I had some of my reps staying in this home for a work trip. I made sure my team cleaned after themselves and they even spent the last day sweeping and cleaning what they could to make sure the home was in good condition. Upon checkout I received a very rude call from Hannah with her being very upset over a piece of trash outside that forgot to get thrown and away and a cup in the fridge left of food with oil. Not only did we book her house for 2 weeks and pay her over $4,000, but we also bought the $5k insurance in case anything was wrong. Hannah decided these small issues that could have been solved in 1 minute were worth harassing her guest and tarnishing our business name in her neighborhood losing us business we had earned with her neighbors. DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS HOST.

Summary: My house had to be renovated and I needed a place for my large family 4 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. The stress of finding something that can make everyone happy was hard to find, but my diamond in the ruff was right around the corner. This house has all the amenities you could ever want or need. I love to cook and this kitchen is stocked with everything and not cheap items either. The house has little touches that make it feel like a fun environment. You need not look too far for what you need because it is probably in a drawer or written on a wall. Dyson vacuum made it easy to cleaning the house a breeze. We swam in the pool every day and grilled on the back porch in the dead of summer, thanks to little touches like the misters and lights that make the outside just as inviting as the inside. The gorgeous walk-in showers and super comfy beds were just right, and i never ran out of hot water in the shower. We would play games downstairs or we would make art on the chalk walls inside or out in the backyard. Hannah and her husband have toys that kept my little ones (8-month-old daughter and her 7-year-old big sister) entertained every day. I felt safe in the neighborhood which was very quiet and clean. A park is 2 min walk away. Highway is right there. Grocery store and restaurants are all right here within 10 min or less drive. The house is already baby-proof. My over 3-month stay felt more like a luxury staycation than a rehoming for renovations. My daughter loved picking limes in the backyard or just poking around the mini garden to see what was growing. This is a fantastic and fun house with things to do with the kids or share with a group of friends. You feel like you have space to live but also space to go retreat. The internet never had issues and Justin helped me with getting me set up and connected so i can work from home. I never had an issue getting a hold of Hannah or Justin if i needed anything and they were always happy to stop by. Honestly, they were a blessing to interact with and are kind gracious people that are very human and understanding. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: This was our first time at a VRBO and not sure it could have gone any better. We had a wonderful time; property was very well supplied; nicely remodeled and decorated; beds were comfortable; and plenty of entertainment especially with the pool! Shopping is also close by. We highly recommend and will definitely consider this VRBO again if back in the area.

Summary: The property couldn't be more wonderful. We were in AZ to visit our son and grandchildren. The location was perfect for us and the property was perfect for me and my wife. We had the family over practically every day and is made for a young family. Nice play area stocked with games and toys. Perfect backyard area to relax by the pool. Perfect stay for families.

Summary: We loved staying at this house! It was very clean, well maintained, had the essentials that are often missing from a VRBO (seasoning, tinfoil, gladware, shampoo and conditioner, etc), had a fun play area for the kids, a park close by, and the backyard/pool we're perfect. It's nice to have a pool that's deep enough for the adults to enjoy it as well. A big part of the reason we chose the house was the location. It's close enough to get to many of the great places in northern Arizona within a few hours, but still far enough south to get warm temperatures. All around a wonderful place to for a vacation!
