Our Lake House is 20 feet from the waterfront with a great fire pit overlooking the water. The bunkhouse is perfect for kids with bunk beds and their own living room. 80 feet of brand new aluminum docking with patio on the end gives you plenty of room to hang near the water. Great place for large family and multiple family vacations. Oneida Lake has hosted the Bassmaster Classic twice with rave reviews from Pro's. Worm and bobber works well too. 4000lb rated aluminum boat hoist is available at an additional charge. Sylvan Beach is a 10 minute boat ride away with sandy bottom where you can anchor your boat offshore in 2-4 ft of water. VERY gradual beach. great for kids. We welcome you to enjoy our cottage on the lake.

Summary: Please do not read this review and the reason is if you do you will want to rent the home and that leaves less availability for us to rent it again. The home is splendid the location is incredible on the water and there is ample space and the bunk house is great for some separation. The host was the best and and he responds quickly. The property is in great shape. We will rent again for sure. The location is remote but there is enough around from small country stores etc to Turning Stone casino is only 30 mins away. You will love the home.

Summary: Just saying that the house was amazing but the location was mesmerizing. Beautiful house and unforgettable views with amazing memories. Our hosts was perfect in every way. Summary: We absolutely loved our stay! The lake house and bunkhouse were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The accommodations seemed even more spacious than they looked in the pictures. The swimming situation was perfect for my 6- and 7-year-old grandchildren, and they couldn't wait to swim each day. We have stayed at several different cottages over the past few years, and everyone agreed that this was the best! We are hoping to return next year! Thanks so much to our host!

Summary: Kevin was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The house had plenty of room for 13 of us. All of the beds were comfortably. The kitchen and living room had plenty of room for all of us to hang out at night and play games or cards. The view is great, wake up in the morning and look out on the lake, we enjoyed coffee sitting at the end of the dock. Plenty of things to do in the area. The boat launch is just a few miles away. I would recommend this house and the area.

Summary: We had an all around great experience renting this place! The place is exactly as advertised! It has plenty of space, is up to date and recently remodeled, and is very well stocked. The owner is excellent with communication both before and during our stay! He notifed me when we got there that he would be stopping by sometime to mow that week due to rain over the past weekend. He then texted me the morning of stating he would be there sometime after lunch, and again staing he was on his way with an ETA! He was very courteous and polite with everything. We already have it booked again for next year! Would absolutely recommend 100%!!

Summary: The house is located in a beautiful and safe area. The house is clean, well-stocked, and right near the water. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the stunning sunsets at night over the lake. The house is also close to Sylvan Beach which has great restaurants and an amusement park open later in the summer. Further, communication/check-in was quick and easy. We definitely recommend this property to others!

Summary: Place was great. They have everything you could possibly need. Very clean and view is amazing. Just a note if you have dog allergies you should know they have a dog that comes to the house that is hypoallergenic but my husband still had breathing issues.
