Positive: The location was good based on where we were visiting.
Negative: The access to Innkeeper was practically nonexistent. The mattress and box spring on the bed were in dire need of replacement. The heater in the room wasn't operational, so a space heater was provided. There was no extra toilet paper or other paper products in the cottage. The faucet in the bathroom was in need of replacement, as it leaked when turned on. There were no extra blankets and the entire unit needed attention.
Summary: The experience was definitely short of expectation.
