Positive: Fenced in yard perfect for the dog. Plenty of room inside and out. It’s at the end of a cul de sac so there’s plenty of privacy.

Negative: The ceiling fan in one of the rooms didn’t work. I called about it as soon as we arrived. I was told that someone would reach out and they never did. Luckily we had a stroller fan that we could use because our baby was staying in that room and it was so hot. There were also someone’s dirty socks left under the bed. In the other room where I slept, the bedding looked pretty dingy. Blood stain on the sheet, yellowing (drool?) on the pillow case and bleaching on the comforter.

Summary: We had a great time in Kittery. So close to everything.

Positive: The property was clean and the location was excellent.

Negative: You will need a subscription service for the TV, no cable service available. The welcome book said batteries for the remote were available in a closet but there were none so the TV remote didn’t work. It also said there was a remote for a bedroom fan but we saw none. In the kitchen there are no spices or things like tin foil or plastic wrap.
