It does not matter what your pleasure is up north this location has it all. Four seasons of fun with snowmobiling and skiing in the winter, golfing and Lake Michigan in the summer, and fishing year round. House includes 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths where you can accommodate 11 sleepers. The property is easy to find on M115 and minutes to Crystal Mountain Resort. Relax in the back yard with a campfire after a busy day of playing or just hang out by the trout stream. Fenced in area for your dogs to play and if they love water they will love the stream. Less than an hour in each direction you can visit Frankfort, Traverse City, Manistee and Cadillac. High speed internet (fiber optic) for streaming or working remotely. The property adjoins the ORV and snowmobiling trails for easy access to ride. There are two large driveways which are both suited for trailers. The back driveway is a large circle and the front is a pull through asphalt drive. Kids will enjoy the garage recreation area with foosball, arcade game, and air hockey. There are two separate living rooms with smart TV’s to connect to. There is onsite laundry. Depending on the season you can find trout, steelhead and salmon in the stream as well as a ton of frogs. This home was renovated this season and just became a short term rental. You will fall in love and want to keep coming back. Please note that the property does have outdoor security cameras merely for security when unoccupied.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, black out curtains and closet. Two living rooms with smart tvs and can accommodate sleepers. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Attached garage was converted into a game room (not heated in the winter). Kitchen has utensils, pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and full size fridge.

Summary: This place feels like we are at our home away from home. We absolutely love this place. This is our 2nd time staying at this property and we will be back. We loved the property and the home is so cozy. The owner is very responsive. Looking forward to staying here again:)

Summary: The Copemish Property and House was PERFECT for our family and dogs!!! We felt at home and quite comfortable at this place. Honestly, it was a very relaxing place for our family and pups! The house was clean and well updated. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed exploring the property, playing in the creek and letting our dogs play!!! The location was also great. Right off M115 and near many places. The owner of the property was very responsive and helpful. She was quite accommodating. We have found the rental for our family and pups to return again and again. Looking forward to returning in the fall and next summer! More family memories to be made at this Slice of Heaven!!!
