Summary: This rental is so close to downtown and Lake Michigan beach that we walked there many times. Beautiful outside sitting areas. We didn't cook, but everything is there if you want to. Very comfortable place to stay. The living room furniture has been updated since the pictures were taken and is very comfortable.

Summary: When we got to the home, we were very satisfied with both the on-line description and the location. Everything was as advertised. We were situated very close to the main street in the downtown area where many of the top restaurants, shops, pubs were located. The house had a very nice outdoor seating area that we were able to enjoy. The grocery store was located less than 2 blocks away from the location. There was a couple that were renting the top unit at the same time we were their and they were very nice. They had been staying at this location for many years and gave us many ideas for what to see and do in the area (which we used). Cannot rate any higher and we will check on the availability of this unit when returning to the area

Summary: My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this listing. It was clean and comfortable. The listing is close enough to the shops in Charlevoix that we could walk just about everywhere but far enough into the residential neighborhood that it was nice and quiet. I would absolutely stay again for a relaxing weekend!

Summary: Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 3.5 and 6) loved staying here. The ability to walk downtown with a coffee and the kids to watch the Beaver Islander go out each day or hit up Michigan beach for sunset each night was such a blessing. We walked all over. House was perfect for our needs. Two full baths is nice with kids. Loved sitting on the front porch to relax.

Summary: This was a fantastic rental for my family. Stayed here with toddler and the house was very easy to accommodate/toddler proof. Easy walking distance to parks, the library and the lake. Communication was fantastic over a tiny issue with a breaker that was quickly fixed and didn't hinder our trip at all. The house was great and cozy and we will certainly use it again for future trips. Thanks to a great host for having such a warm and cozy property.
