This home has everything you need that you would expect in your own home....plus! Min “2” night stay except for holidays, required “3” night stay and “single” night stay for the National Championship play-offs. Max stay 6 nights (longer stay must be approved), must be either a registered VRBO or Expedia member to book. Rent this beautiful 2 Story Home on Garver Lake just 15 miles to Notre Dame University! Dine at Fat Cams restaurant within walking distance or grill out on the patio. Enjoy your morning “cup of Joe” on the upper deck overlooking our private pier or just enjoy the wildlife (swans, sand cranes and the sounds of Mother Nature) Build a bonfire down by the lake or play frisbee or your favorite catch on our well-lit 2000 watt lake-front yard! Take one of our (4) kayaks out on the lake or bring your own boat and leave it at our pier. PLEASE NOTE, there is “NO” beach access on the property! Public boat access for launching and swimming is available on this 76 acre lake with Large and Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, Panfish and Yellow Perch. 4 outdoor security cameras, yard, front and upper deck with sensor -driven lights around the house. A driver license photo ID is required “48” hours post booking. LBGTQ welcome! Inquiries welcome.

Summary: This is a lovely place in a quiet area, very conveniently located - just a short drive to everything you would need. Check in process was easy and the host Jeff was very friendly and provided clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We have stayed at Jeff & Lonnie's place for a number of years now. If you're looking for the most clean and practical place to stay for your getaway, this is definitely it! Summary: My family (2 adults and 3 children) stayed with my parents for a weekend during football season. It’s relatively close to campus and made setting up the tailgate and getting ready for the game an easy process. After the game it was a very comfortable and peaceful spot to relax and catch some rest before driving home the next day. There is a playground in the backyard that was perfect for our kids. The sunrise and sunsets over the lake made for a relaxing escape from Chicago and Columbus.

Summary: Had a great trip out to South Bend and Jeff made us feel right at home. The home was well put together and Jeff checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Additionally, he knew we had little kids with us and left out treats and the sprinkler for them- which they all enjoyed. Great trip- thanks Jeff and family for hosting!

Summary: Beautiful lake lot only 20 minutes from Notre Dame Stadium. This home was very clean and has lots of communal gathering space with a really great view of the water. The owner provides very clear directions for check-in and anything you might need for your stay. It was also a very nice touch to be welcomed with cold waters and snacks.
