Summary: Clean room, great free parking and Wi-Fi. The staff member at reception was super friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room has cool facilities and the bar and lobby very cool - I had one problem as my room was outside a corridor door I heard it slamming throughout the night as guests walked past, also the walls were thin and I had a neighbour who I heard snore all night which kept me awake.

Summary: Greeted by staff on reception, check in was easy and the room had everything I needed. Comfortable and clean, surrounding area was good and tidy. At breakfast greeted by a lovely staff member (female) who ensure my needs were met, very helpful. Overall my stay was very good.

Summary: Smart well looked after modern hotel. Plenty of parking and good restaurant and public spaces. Room well equipped but let down by radiator not working properly and neither was the heating/ aircon unit

Summary: Jacuzzi out of order which I wanted to use and early check in confirmed but then wasn’t available. Other than those 2 things everything spot on. Staff friendly, place very clean and spacious and great toiletries provided.

Summary: Like. It was easy to park and the room was good. A gym area was available. Dislike. Bar service. Staff kept disappearing for long stinks and. I was offered my dessert while still eating my main. Not enough experience or maturity on duty
