Positive: The villa is so beautiful an the view is amazing. There were five of us in the Nouvelle Villa and were warmly welcomed by the hirer Nico. Since we were too early, we were allowed to park our bags and go to the beach. When we were able to get in at 4pm, Nico showed us the house first and we were overwhelmed. It is just as beautiful as in the photos. There is everything your heart desires. Towels, bathrobe, slippers and even shampoo in the shower. Outside there is a barbecue, sunbeds, a swing and a toilet that you do not have to go from the pool to the house. The house has 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, one with bathroom and a bathroom in the hallway for the other two rooms. Outside is a covered terrace by the pool and upstairs is another covered terrace. The house is air conditioned and has a well equipped kitchen. I fell in love with the dishes. The living room has a large and comfortable couch. All in all we can only say thanks to Nico, his family and the beautiful house. We felt super comfortable and well rested. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than normal, but for that you really have everything! And Nico always surprised us with fruit or some homemade Greek treats. We can only recommend it. Thank you again!

Positive: Impressive view over the sea and the mountains, the house is located perfectly. The villa is fully equipped, all amentities in excellent condition, very clean. We really enjoyed the pool, it creates the ideal setting for a summer vacation. Numerous great restaurants and beaches nearby, supermarket, Ierapetra city is very close and easily accesible. The hosts, Vasso and Nikos, are very friendly and warm people, they were very kind at all times and always happy to help us. They greeted us with local products and fresh fruits. Strongly recommend, a truly great experience!

Positive: Very beautifull villa, very comfortable and well equipped, exactly as on the photos. The location is amazing with excellent view, villa and pool, close to amazing, quiet beach as well as the town center. The place is a haven of peace! You are received with the warmth of a family and treated like a distinguished guest. Family run but very professional. We were very well looked after.
