Summary: I was actually amazed by the comfort of this Gem. room was very spacious, huge TV, comfortable bed and cozy feeling -linens felt soft. Clean atmosphere.

Summary: It was fine. Room was clean. Area is not the greatest but nothing to be scared about. Took one star off because there’s no way to turn off heater/ac in the room. None that I saw anyway.

Summary: Easy parking, ok air conditioning, ok staff, ok ckean, room services is only by request, never happened in 4 nights, the staff is friendly. No coffee machine in room.

Summary: Not many places have parking, so I appreciated that. The hallway was very loud. I could hear every person getting out of the elevator and opening and closing their doors. The hallway didn't smell the best, but the room seemed to be clean. For the price and the location I don't think you can expect a lot.

Summary: No parking, forced to used disabled parking, staff don't communicate, rooms need major renovations. No basic amenities such as dryer or drinking water.

Summary: Easy and friendly check-in at the front desk. Was able to accommodate a very late check-in upon a phone-call. Stayed on two occasions, once on the 2nd and 3rd floor, both rooms were great. 5/5 for value for money. The front-desk folks were all very helpful on multiple occasions.
