Summary: Reception area was very unhelpful. No one spoke English. I have stayed at other Novotel in other non English speaking countries— not a problem. Here in Belo was a problem. Not enough towels and towels were not very good. Hotel needs to replace them with new ones. Breakfast was good. NOT STAYING AT THIS NOVOTEL AGAIN.

Summary: I keep coming back to this hotel because of the good standard, good location and reasonable priced. Breakfast is not worth it in my opinion, you can have better food for less money if you look for places around the hotel. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, best I have experienced in Brazil. The room have a small refrigerator, but no freezer. There is also a small selection of snacks in the room. The staff is polite and helpfull. Will come back again.

Summary: We enjoyed the hotels convenient location where a lot was reachable with a good walk. The hotel had great food and services. But we really enjoyed the hotels uniqueness the most. From the slide in the lobby to the glass wall in the shower, we will definitely stay again.
