Summary: The room was nice. Staff were friendly and the area is convenient for tourists. The only downside is the hotel restriction on bringing in outside food (bread, local sweets, etc.) and beverages (water, soda, etc.) of any kind. This is very strange and inconvenient for people who are just visiting the city.

Summary: The Novotel hotel in Constantine is the best choice stop for your stay, clean, quite while in the center of the town, the stuff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast was excellent, however I wish they limit the amount of food someone can take until the person finishes his dish to avoid waste of food…., Best of luck I love it

Summary: Novotel in Constantine was generally very clean with very helpful staff. The one thing that bothered us the most is that the sink drains did not seem to employ a P-Trap and let sewer smells come in through the drain. The experience of using the sink (washing faces, brushing teeth etc..) was quite unpleasant.

Summary: overall all the property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. However the carpeting in the rooms was dubious . The carpeting wassoiled and stained with drinks.

Summary: We had to continually ask for towels for the room. Hotel staff very pleasant to us as tourists but security staff were rude to our Algerian friends at times which was a shame

Summary: Second stay at AZ Kouba Hotel and I didn't look elsewhere since the first trip last summer was completely positive. Quick and cheap dry cleaning, nice food, breakfast next to a pool and one thing certainly caught my attention; they had not changed the wi-fi password since my previous visit and my devices connected automatically which made me really fell welcome as I am home. Thanks so much to dear Sarah and Meriem at the reception for their warm kindness :) though I reserved for a city-view room they were more than ready to change for me to sea view without any extra charges which I didn't prefer due to very busy schedule. One and only negative detail was the bad smell which came from the air conditioners.
