Summary: Shower was not working. And when I brought it up to the reception, there was no reaction at all - No apologies, no action to fix it. It is the bare minimum we expect of a hotel to have a working shower and for some reason it is not working, then to get it fixed.

Summary: A very disappointing visit in a very shabby hotel. Room was at the far end of a very shabby building and through untidy corridors. Water cooler with no cups and coffee machines without coffee or cups. The room was clean but shabby. Flush on toilet hanging off the wall. QR code for hotel information not working. Restaurant has a very limited menu and many flies around it. My husband was ill the day after we stayed here. Can’t believe it has a 4 star rating. Staff were good.

Summary: Family friendly hotel with great facilities in a lovely location. Helpful staff and a reasonable price. Some elements are a bit tired but for the price we couldn’t really complain! Would recommend.

Summary: This hotel is very convenient to Fontainebleu. It's a straight shot and only about 10 miles away. It's also a nice little rural location with an adjacent farm with goats. There were horses nearby as well. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming and the rooms were nice and clean.
