Summary: As Novotel's go, this one is a great example. Rooms are modern and comfortable, good enough breakfast and staff friendly. Only bad thing (not affecting me), was a colleague who accidentally booked his room twice, was refused a refund - despite calling minutes later.

Summary: It was quiet and clean. The food was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. But in the shower there were black marks... mould? We mentioned this to reception. It was agreed that the problem would be sorted.

Summary: The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip. I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent. The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available.

Summary: Overall, good stay and was a great location for a conference. My issue was just with the temperature in the room, as the air conditioning didn't work properly and several people were complaining.
