Summary: The room was really cold, there was no option to rise the temperature. The hotel is undergoing renovations(there was no notification about), which was not announced. It is noisy. Apart this - room was clean, good location and good sleeping conditions - including a nice room

Summary: The room was clean. The staff are very helpful. Only issue was noise from construction not able to sleep after 8 am. Very noisy after 8am. Also not able to see outside at all because the window was covered with plastic paper.

Summary: In general, the hotel was good. At check-in, the staff helped with moving around rooms so we could get connecting rooms. The breakfast was wonderful. We ordered some room service as well, and it all went pretty well. We did have an issue with the temperature in the rooms. It was pretty hot in Lisbon, and the A/C in the rooms were not cool enough. Additionally, the hand soaps in both rooms were empty and we had to call in for more soap. The body was as well got over, and we ended up using the hand wash instead.

Summary: Dependable quality Hotel with a choice of pillow hardness (so rare in Portugal) with onsite restaurant. Service at reception v good but very slow service in otherwise quiet restaurant disappointing (25 mins to get drink is not acceptable with 5 staff and 3 tables occupied!) biggest gripe is lack of milk with tea and invisible tea-spoons. What is it with Hotels and tea spoons?
