Positive: Being upgraded was a bonus, so the room was much larger than expected. Good bathroom and lovely roomy shower. There was a couch, very nice, but only one chair to sit at the table. A variety of teas was welcome.

Negative: The technology didn't provide radio stations amongst the television station choices. Hard when you enjoy music rather than visual programs. A blanket would have been welcome, as in most hotels/motels the provided doona is too hot by 3 am. A blanket is easier to adjust for temperature control. A doona is all or nothing!

Summary: Very clean, efficient and pleasant in a business like way, yet easily accessible by tram and train.
