Positive: 1. The room is bright and cozy. 2. With great location and view.
Negative: 1. We didn’t sleep well with my friend because of some loud voices coming from the other rooms and hallway. It’s already 12 midnight then but some are not considerate. 2. No basic essentials like- soap, shampoo, coffee and milk which are commonly seen to normal hotels. 3. Slow service to reception area. It took us to wait in queue for 10-15 minutes.

Positive: Good value for money, comfortable bed, access to chromecast in the room for tv which was great. Single room is small but didn't need much for an overnight stay.
Negative: My only issue was there is no access to cups, plates, cutlery. Whilst they do state this is not a hotel when booking (and is partially student accommodation) the fact you are advertising on booking.com suggests you are looking to fill rooms with the short stay/traveller/tourist market. You offer kettle and microwave but without cups, plates or cutlery it's not very useful for anyone there for a short stay. The cafe wasn't open whilst I was there (Sunday afternoon to Monday morning) so there was equally no access to get a coffee or snack for breakfast) without ordering from the Novotel next door. Makes it a bit inconvenient for travellers who are moving around on a budget. Would be a nice idea to offer a 'welcome pack' that could include tea/coffee and a mug at the least!

Positive: Not bad value for what you get! Suitable for a quick 1 night stay if needing accommodation in the area. Single bed was comfortable and aircon functioned well. Not luxury by any means but does the job
Negative: The Deposit process. $250 deposit (not even a hold) for a 1 night stay is extreme. They also want you to fill a paper form to recieved it back in 15 days. Or wait 15min at checkout. For the demographic here, thats not suitable. They also wouldnt confirm if they would destroy the paper form after processing (red flag!). Night time worker on reception was slow and not friendly. Waited 40min to check in at 9.30pm. Walls are very thin in single rooms
