Summary: The lady outside the elevator walked up to me and turned off the hot water dispenser as I was filling my Thermos. She said she could give me cold water, but not hot water. What kind of place is this? First, the ground floor was under renovation. There were no warnings when I booked the hotel. I had to check in from the back of the hotel through a dark parking lot walking through a narrow path. I could not get hot water from my coffee machine in my room, which was tiny. There were no closets. You get a clothes rack next to the coffee machine to hang your jackets. They put a drink center right next to the elevator on the ground floor. In most hotels, that would be an invitation for people to help themselves to coffees and tea. But this lady confronted me and made me feel to did something bad! I began to poor the water out of my Thermos, she stopped me again! Was she having pity on me to allow me to keep my few ounces of hot water?!!! I spent close to US$300 a night at this place including parking. It’s not high end for Zürich, but it’s not low rent either. I only needed a place to sleep overnight to catch my flight. I didn’t think I would be mistreated! I have never been made to feel so cheap at a hotel before. People have warned me about Novotel. Now I know. Hopefully that would have been the last time I stay in one.

Summary: Very poor customers service, tried calling prior to my stay so many times to confirm the booking details but no one answered, finally someone answered next day but guy refused to confirm my booking. Just wanted to let them know that I'll be checking in bit late but he didn't even listened to me. Thanks to Hotels.com for confirming my booking but i wouldn't suggest booking this hotel if you don’t want the stress before your holidays.

Summary: Great location close to the airport and close to bus tram. Took us 25 min to get to downtown right from the hotel. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Summary: The hotel was renovating while we were there and we enjoyed a new room. We weren’t able to get the room we asked for but staff accommodated us sufficiently. The quality of the rooms is excellent. If you come during 2025 you may have a few issues but staff work hard to make it right.

Summary: We stayed over night here before flying back to the States. Despite fact they are undergoing a massive renovation- everything was very nice. The room was clean and perfect for our family of four. I appreciate how they have the rollout already made for the kids. There was coffee in the room and water, which is always nice. It’s conveniently located right off the tram so it was super easy to get to and from the airport. Staff was nice and helpful. Walked to a restaurant for dinner.
