Summary: Our bed was two single beds pushed together so you kept falling down the middle of them during the night! Which meant me and my wife could not hug! The pillows were really hard, like rocks! Did not sleep very well. The morning buffet was so expensive, even though the kids were “free”, it was still 31 Swiss Franks per person!!

Summary: First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk.

Summary: Certainly not the usual standard of a Novotel - it was connected to sister hotel the Ibis and it certainly felt like they put a lick of blue paint on an Ibis. By far the poorest Novotel I’ve stayed in but comfortable for a lower end hotel.

Summary: Room was little small for us couple with 2 kids but not bad. You get what you pay for. Very conveniently located from old town, 15 minutes tram ride away. Tram is actuly 2 minute walk. Great brakfast, nice pool, customer servicw great. Microwave not in the room but in the lobby. Play area for kids. Very nice environment. Will definitely recommend for family travel.

Summary: Liked the easy 5 minute walk to Hardbrucke rail station. It's in a quiet and safe area of the city. The pool was good although a little on the cool side. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. We slept really well.
