Summary: Overall room and facility were great, view fantastic; also hotel staff was very professional - of course at this level and price point you expect perfection. Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant had a long line, had to wait at least 10 min to get in, staff seemed stressed. Floor of the hotel room needed some maintenance, sanding and staining would help.

Summary: Fantastic experience with our 2 small dogs. Dog friendly hotel.The staff were very helpful and professional. Great customer service when we encountered an issue with lunch that was dealt with promptly and really elevated our experience. We stayed just one night for an event but next time we plan a longer trip and we look forward to returning to The Dolder Grand Hotel. The spa is worth a visit and a walk in the forest surrounding the hotel was so refreshing. Breakfast was delicious and the food in all the restaurants we visited was superb. Thanks to all the staff that made a memorable experience for us. There are so many to mention.

Summary: Can’t overstate how great sour experience was. Room was wonderful, sizable, and very comfortable. Service staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge gave us some great tips and even followed up with us after we left to see if we needed recommendations for the rest of the cities in our trip. Truly an exceptional experience.
