Positive: Very convenient. If you head to Kerinchi Station (which is about 5-10 mins walk from the condo), it is only one stop away from the mega mall in KL called Mid Valley. Plenty of eateries nearby as well.
Negative: One of the lift wasn’t working, and unfortunately it is the emergency lift. So whenever you need to use the lift to go up, the emergency lift would arrive first, and the card wouldn’t work. I was stuck inside the lift as it wouldn’t open as well. Hopefully the condo management would be able to fix it.
Summary: Great, would definitely return if price remains the same.

Positive: Strategic location for me as I’m having examination at UM. Closed to LRT and KL Gateway mall. Fast and smooth check-in process( need to arrive 30-60 minutes earlier) for them to arrange key delivery via Lalamove. Otherwise, need prepare drinking water earlier as high price at 7E at lobby. Easy to order grabfood(just go to G floor) and walk towards the unit entrance. Kids swimming pool also available and not much crowded. Mesmerizing interior design. Need to upgrade sofa at living area.
Negative: Maybe need to install more cool daylight instead of warm light as guest might need in case to read book.
Summary: Value for money

Positive: The property is really clean and spacious. Near to the LRT station as well. Access to pool, gym is easy. Located in the heart of bangsar so commute is also easy.
Negative: I waited for an hour before getting the key, even after informing them 1 hour before arriving. Also, there were no water bottles, nor a water filter. However, you can purchase it from the 7/11 store below.
