This beautifully decorated single-family home in the Villas At Corolla Bay is just steps away from the beach access (and one of the closest homes to the beach access in the community). Enjoy being within walking distance of sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the sound. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, it is perfect for families and has everything you''ll need for your Outerbanks vacation. Home is equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, four adult bicycles, beach caddy, and pack 'n play to make your stay enjoyable. Cook up your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen or on the outdoor grill and then relax after sunset with a glass of wine in the hot tub. After a day in the surf and sand, the whole family will enjoy the 6 Smart TV’s, recreation room, wireless internet, toys and games. While in Corolla, enjoy amazing coastal views from sound to sea, activities that will thrill the entire family, as well as great shopping and dining. Ground Level: Offers a luxurious Queen room with a 32” smart tv, a full bath and a rec room with a 42" flat screen internet ready TV. Just outside, in your large-sized courtyard, you can enjoy a long soak in the hot tub or a beverage by the gas fire pit (fire pit available October-April). This Corolla Bay home is located close to the Community pool and recreation options, including shuffleboard, horseshoes, sand volleyball , and a brand, new playset!
Mid Level: Here you will find a beautiful King mbr with a 40” flat screen TV & deck access, a bedroom offering another King & a 40” smart tv and a bedroom with DuoBunk w/ Trundle & a 26" flat screen tv w/ dvd that share a full bath. You’ll also find the laundry area located on this level.
Top Level: Features a designer great room with electric fireplace, 65” smart Roku tv, Blu Ray player and deck access. A new loveseat and sleeper sofa have just been added in fall of 2020! Any cooks in the group will love the well-stocked kitchen and the open layout with stainless appliances. The dining area has seating for everyone including 3 bar stools at the raised kitchen bar. Rounding out this lovely home is the half bath.
There is NO elevator at this home.
SUPPLIES TO BRING - Upon arrival, you will find a new roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as well as a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a kitchen trash bag. These items will not be replenished during your stay and you will need to bring or buy these items and all other consumable items such as dish soap, coffee filters, toilet paper, bath soap, etc.
SUMMER TRAFFIC - to avoid bottleneck traffic as you travel north on Route 12, plan to arrive in Corolla before 10am or after 5pm on checkin day. Many guests enjoy the day exploring the southern end of the OBX in Kitty Hawk and Nags Head and then make their way to Corolla in the afternoon.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this house! It was a short walk to the beach and came equipped with everything we needed for our stay! Even a nugget ice maker! . The pictures and description of the rooms and house are 100% accurate! I would highly recommend this property if you are planning to visit the Outer Banks!

Summary: This is our second stay at Sandy Toes and we, once again, loved staying here. The home has everything we need from kitchen supplies to entertainment for the kids. The host is always quick to communicate, as well.

Summary: We had a wonderful long weekend with my family of five and my parents. The house had plenty of room for everyone. Our kids enjoyed the amenities such as the bikes, sand volleyball court, hot tub, etc. The house is only a short walk to the beach, and it is only a short drive to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The owner was very quick to respond. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: Part of a great housing community three roads away from the beach. 5 to 10 minute walk based on little ones. It was great to have a wheelbarrow with great wheels for beach transport and thoroughly enjoyed the playground and pool. Community toys and fun activities in the house for a little ones. The place was very clean. Thank you so much for the memories!

Summary: We stayed in late September, a great time to be in the OBX. The house was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy yourself. The kitchen was the best stocked I've ever seen! The only negative -- and it was minor -- is that the cleaning crew wasn't finished until 4:30 pm when our check-in time was 4. Highly recommended this house!

Summary: My family and I (four adults and a toddler) had such a nice week at this house. The property is one of the closest in the community when it comes to walking to the beach, and the pool/playground being so close was really convenient with an almost 3-year-old. The house was extremely clean and well-stocked, and the owner was so sweet and responsive. She proactively reached out to see if we were affected by a cable outage (we weren’t), and when a smoke alarm started chirping on the third floor in an unreachable spot for us because of a low battery, she dispatched a maintenance person to have it taken care of right away so we didn’t have to hear it at night. I would definitely stay here again!
