Water front property with access to local jetties.
This property offers 2 bedrooms with very comfortable queen size beds, an ottoman is located in the open plan area that can be made up as a double bed which is also very comfortable this enables the house to accommodate up to 6 people in total, one modern bathroom with shower and separate bath, a beautiful well equipped open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and large dinning table, the open plan lounge area consists of 2 lounges and 2 tub chairs as well as a modern flat screen tv mounted on the wall. There is a reverse cycle air-conditioner the house is fully insulated and also has curtains and blinds on most windows. Outside there is a wonderful large covered deck area where you can sit back and relax watching the sunrise over St Georges Basin or the kangaroos passing by on the waterfront reserve at dusk most evenings alternatively just watching the activities that occur on St Georges Basin. You may gain access to the waterfront reserve through double gates off the property and launch your kayak, canoe, windsurfer or paddle board or even throw in a line from one of the many jetties ! Should you have other water craft that need to be launched from a boat ramp it is less than 1 kilometre down the road from our front gate.There is plenty of parking to park boats or jet skis on the property. A gas BBQ is also provided for outdoor living so you can soak up a little of this paradise

Nuffys Paradise is within walking distance of Palm beach, boat ramp. Palm beach and basin foreshore walking trails, cycle tracks, golf course, tennis courts, local shops, clubs, restaurants and take away food shops. It is a short drive or ride to Vincentia, Huskisson , Jervis Bay and Booderee National Park where the beautiful white sandy beach of Greenpatch and Hyams beach are located.

Summary: This is the type of property you hope you’ll arrive to. Full yard, entire house (not a shared property with owner or other guests) and the property is waterfront. We experienced kangaroos daily, friendly neighbours, great location, and very nearby town amenities (5 minute drive), all ‘wanna haves’ like AC, full kitchen with all pots pans and tools, a CLEAN barbecue. You want to book this place, trust my very happy family. Multiple quality ocean beaches are nearby. Just loved this place!

Summary: Perfect four night family getaway. Great house with everything you need. Very clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of space inside. The location was so good. Little cafe within a one minute walk, beautiful views of the water. The kids loved playing cricket in the yard and running around the trees at the back. We would definitely stay here again as well as highly recommend to family and friends.
