Positive: I spend 3 nights at the location with my 6 years daughter. The purpose was Disneyland. Pro: -good location (2 minutes to the center, 5 min to bus station to Disneyland (bus 2234), -good an nice space for 2 persons, first floor, -a bottle of water in the fridge, different kind of bread (I am gluten free but Is a nice touch, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV, wifi, coffee machine-I didn’t use it for more motives) -Bed with motor -the owner answered at every question quickly Cons: First I couldn’t enter earlier in the apartment unless I paid 5 eur/hour. The check in is very late (17pm) and even if the apartment was free I needed to pay. I stayed at my friends location till 17 pm but this ruined my plans to go to Paris earlier. I could go to Paris but the key is somewhere hidden and I didn’t know if I could manage to find it in the dark with a child next to me at a late hour). Second but the most stressful thing for me is that I had to do the housekeeping before I leave. I think it is common sense to throw the garbage, wash the dishes but the owner expects more from you. I takes a depozit of 200 euros and he wants to leave the apartment cleaned, vacuum cleaned, mopped, dishes not on the sink and so on. This gave me stress. I had to leave at 6 AM for an early flight and it is not normal to finish my trip to Disney early because I had to do the cleaning and not disturb the neighbors. A solution is that you can choose between this cleaning and a fee for it if the time is not in your favor. But the price of renting was high to do the cleaning too. -cold inside with the wind blowing through the door (you can’t stay on the couch on in that area because of that) and I had to use the heat all the time -the toilet tank is broken with the water licking all the time if you don’t shake the button of the tank every time you use the toilet.

Negative: Finding the apartment was a little difficult along with the lockbox. But once found, it was easy to get situated!

Positive: Comfortable beds. There’s laundry in the bathroom if you need it. The kitchen had dishes and utensils and all you need. He even left us a bottle of water in the fridge which was nice. It’s nicely decorated. The #59 bus is a couple minutes walk and takes you to Disneyland under 10 minutes. The location is great because you have everything within a 5 minute walk like a really good bakery, grocery store, convenience store, pharmacy, etc. The host was nice and responsive.
Negative: I wish I could give a higher rating because the host was responsive and helpful but there were a few disappointing things. We arrived and the door wouldn’t open. We had to wait until someone let us into the building because the owner did not answer messages or the phone when we called so we stood in the cold with kids for 30 minutes until someone opened the door for us. We got inside and it felt like walking into a freezer it was so cold. No heaters were on. Finally we got the heaters to work but they only work at full heat or no heat. There’s no option to turn on the heat a little . It was either boiling hot or freezing cold. We were also shocked to arrive and see how small the place was. It says in the listing two things that were not true. One was that it’s a living room and separate bedroom, and that there are three beds. It is a studio that is very small. No separate bedroom at all. It is one room with a sofa bed, and two beds screwed together to make one bigger bed, all in one room with hardly any space to walk. It was very frustrating that there were two beds when we needed three separate beds. The kids had to sleep together in one bed. Before we arrived we requested that the beds were made for our arrival, yet we had to make our own bed. They let you check in at 5pm which is the latest check in I have ever seen and then ask you to check out before 10. They also want you to fully clean the place, take all bed sheets off the beds, clean all dishes, take out the trash, sweep, and require a $200 deposit. It’s crazy to demand all that and also ask you to check out before 10. They demand you do all that but they couldn’t even have our beds made up ready for our stay and we had to make our own bed. Not just that but they only gave us two towels and two hand towels for four people. He apologized that there should’ve been four but never brought us two more. Also be prepared to buy your own toilet paper because they don’t provide enough.
