Summary: Generally speaking, It was a nice house. Everything is good except two things: the single garage door Couldn’t roll up properly, so we end up parking in front of the building. The owner says the garage was not included in the accommodation but that wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement. The water in the spa was dirty with some floating insects.

Summary: Communication with Cazna was fantastic, check in/out easy, and she was so attentive to an issue with the spa which was dealt with immediately. She also went over and above when one of our party left something behind posting it to us - thank you! House was as pictures, nice and warm. Shower lovely, kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Summary: Lovely host very nice host spotless oroperty minor glitch it was advertised as 2 bathrooms but has in fact only one but host was graciius about the mistake.

Summary: Very nice place in a great location, but we never had access to regular TV the whole time we were there and had no Internet for a couple of days. The Internet was remedied, but that didn't help those wanting to view the tennis on live TV. Communications with the property manager were a bit slow at times.

Summary: Perfect place for us - we were able to bike a short distance to town, it was a quiet spot with views and we loved the hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked - especially important as we were preparing Christmas dinner! We couldn't get regular TV but wasn't an issue with the ability to access Netflix etc. The couch was a bit unconventional but this is a minor issue compared to the overall wonderful experience.
