Positive: Overall, we had a very good stay, and I would happily choose this accommodation again. The apartment is modern, clean, and very functional. The kitchen is well equipped and even included cooking oil, salt, and pepper, which is a thoughtful touch for guests staying only a few days. The bathroom was also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion. The internet connection was excellent throughout our stay, which was essential since I needed to work remotely. The location is another major advantage: it’s just a short walk from the metro, with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby. I also appreciated the laundry facilities. Apart from one issue with a washing machine, everything worked well. The availability of irons, ironing boards, and drying racks that you can take to your room is especially convenient for longer stays. The gym, although small, was clean, well maintained, and had everything needed for a good workout. Overall, it’s a modern property in a great location that is very well suited for longer stays.

Negative: The biggest issue was the temperature inside the room. The large windows receive direct sunlight for many hours, creating a greenhouse effect. The room became extremely hot with very little airflow, making it uncomfortable to spend time there during the day, especially when working remotely. The problem became even worse when the electric blinds started malfunctioning. They would randomly open by themselves and eventually stopped closing altogether, allowing direct sunlight into the room for hours. I also think the property would benefit from having a truly quiet coworking space. The common lounge is pleasant, but it’s often too noisy for people who need to work or attend online meetings. Finally, during the summer months, it would be much more comfortable to offer a lighter bedding option in addition to the Nordic duvet. Even a simple flat sheet would make sleeping much more comfortable on hot nights.

Positive: Good location when traveling by car - parking available on site for $15night. Bed was big and good for two. Easy check in and out. Quiet surroundings - we didn’t hear any neighbors.

Negative: Room could have been cleaner/in better condition - some stains and marks were visible e.g. on the carpet and table. It was cleaned well before though.
