The original 1970s crib (or bach) has been completely refurbished with each separate self-contained unit displaying its own distinct personality. Both units contain everything you could need in your home away from home, from quality linen to jandals (flip flops) to get you comfortably out to the hot tub.

Summary: It was a very nice place to stay with lots of plates and glasses. The air con upstairs might need to be serviced because it wasn’t throwing out much cold air even when the fan was on. Because of the triangular panes of glass under the ceiling the sun pours in and air conditioning is quite essential. The sun will be very welcome through the winter however.

Summary: We rented both the upstairs and the downstairs units. For three families this worked very well. The linen is of very high quality and the beds are comfortable. The owner is contemplating putting two beds into the downstairs second lounge which will make this an outstanding rental. Very friendly and helpful owner. We highly recommend 10 Above and 10 Below.

Summary: Being split over two levels. this property offers great flexibility for larger groups. Well-presented and comfortable beds. Find the additional $180 for cleaning a bit steep - especially when we were expected to put towels into the wash before departing.

Summary: We came to Arrowtown for my sons wedding and we have guests with us from overseas. They were also impressed with the well fitted out accommodation, lovely comfy beds and quirky decor. Thank you Emma we will be back!! Great location to walk into Arrowtown for the Fork and Tap!
