Positive: Large room with generally good facilities. Good, hot shower.

Negative: Parking the car on the street in what in my opinion was a vulnerable location. Also this makes for a bit of a bag drag if you are on an extended holiday with a fair amount of baggage.The lounge/sofa has seen better days, not comfortable to sit on. The person upstairs was very noisy until about 11pm, I suspect this person is a permanent tenant and was moving boxes, furniture, or something heavier than just walking around. The bed sheets for me were too warm, feeling like thin flannelette, however, my wife was happy with them. I would like to be more positive as I think the owner is trying hard to provide a good facility.

Positive: The location was very handy for what we needed, going to Maraetai to do the Half Marathon.

Negative: The main thing was the fact that there were no blinds to block out the light at night time, the sheer curtains let in a lot of light.

Positive: The communication prior and during was fantastic, The location was perfect for our requirements. The property is very clean and inviting. The "Swan" towels on the bed were a beautiful touch indeed 🥰

Negative: Sadly the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our son, we suggest having a foam mattress that could be stored in the incredible walk in robe for the sofa bed 🙏

Negative: Unfortunately, we had no power in the morning and the water was off due to this. Sounds like it was just a isolated issue, but just made the comfort level in the morning a little difficult.
