This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake.
Laglio offers a number of places to eat & drink, local shops, a children's play park, a small beach and plenty of parking close by.
THE SPACE
The two bedrooms, full bathroom, service bathroom, large characteristic dining, fully fitted kitchen dining area, luggage storage and roof terrace are arranged over 170m2 divided across three floors. Whether you are looking for a intimate stay as a couple or a solution for a small family or group of friends, our solution provides opportunity for intimate evening dining, relaxed brunch, or lunch in the sun.
GUEST ACCESS
Our solution offers you an entire house to yourself. With its own private entrance guests have the option to come and go as they please - we would like our guests to feel it is their 'home away from home' during their stay.
The roof terrace with its stunning views of the Lake is exclusive to our guests during their stay, providing an outside space that is cleverly protected to ensure privacy and ensure safety for young children.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We aim to uphold maximum respect for our guests privacy, but are quick to remind our guests we are on hand and near by should and additional services be required.
