Negative: When we checked in we had no drinking water, refrigerator was turned off and very warm, no hot water in the shower, no WiFi. They changed the water heater for the shower and it was still cold the entire time we were there.

Positive: It was a close to the center and had everything you need in the proximity. The staff was nice.

Negative: No amenities besides the toilet paper and water. No cleaning or changing the towels during our 5 night stay.

Positive: Spacious living room and dining area. Microwave was great. Laundry service available. Walking distance to McDonald's and gym as well as pharmacy, carinderia, fruit markets.

Negative: WiFi was weak. Had to go outside to get some reception. There were pieces of paper about Wi-Fi info. However, they were not working so we had to ask for the staff regarding Wi-Fi access. The kitchen could use more supplies more plates, like dishwashing soap and sponge.

Positive: The house was spacious enough for a big group like ours (10 adults & 1 child). The hosts were very kind, accommodating and always available. We had lots of requests and all were met. Highly recommended for big groups!

Negative: No sign from the main road, we had a hard time looking for the place. Turns out, its up a very rough road, you wouldnt think its up there. Host’s instructions are very vague, slightly unhelpful, renting a small sedan when also renting this house is not advised. Masters bedroom is situated in where the window opens to the back of the property, no view, what u can see out there is the laundry area, and shirtless people or kids doing tiktok, in short we didnt get to enjoy the morning sun. The only airconditoned areas are the bedrooms. Also, it took a whole day before they gave us trashbags
