Positive: It was clean and comfortable. Also, it was easy to get to New York since it was close to the Ferry Terminal, and it’s a few blocks away the bus stop. The host was very nice and responsive.
Negative: The stairs to get to the bedroom are a bit challenging but it didn’t impact my comfort.

Positive: The location and price are hard to beat! The inexpensive bus line very close by brings you into the city in under 45 minutes and it was far more comfortable and cheaper than many alternatives in the area.
Negative: I thought the sofa bed was a pullout couch but it turned out to be a futon which wasn't as comfortable. Everything else was just great.

Positive: Lovely place close to NYC. Calm and nice neighbourhood, helpful host. The loft is tastefully designed with everything you need for a short stay. Everything worked properly and we felt welcome.
Negative: Sometimes it was a bit cool in the loft. Air conditioning with heating option was available but still it took time for the flat to get warmer. All the rest was great, would be happy to stay again. Thanks.
