Summary: My 5th stay at the o HOTEL. Great hotel with fantastic staff and excellent cleaners. Always a friendly lot of staff in every department and that's the reason I always return.

Summary: Was an overall great stay! Just minor things like no hot water for the first couple of days, WiFi cuts sometimes. They were doing maintenance and upgrades the whole time, so I look forward to seeing how it changes! 😊

Summary: Awesome hotel and stay overall. This was an unexpected God-send since we booked last minute and all other known hotels were already full. It is near everything we needed - SM Mall, Ayala Malls, eats, etc. Between its location and Grab, everything was between 5 to 15 minutes away :) They serve awesome food - give their carbonara a try!!! Staff is very accommodating, supportive, and flexible. This will be a consideration once more next time we are back :)

Summary: The hotel is in downtown part of the city. Not far from shopping malls and the Ceres Bus Terminal. The restaurant’s food was good. Staff are excellent. Room is okay, nothing posh but it’s clean. It’s right for the price we paid per night.
