Positive: We visited for 2 nights and loved our stay. It was a perfect stay for our family. Before booking I was a bit anxious about the location but after staying there I find the location very good for visiting Paris. Parking was available inside the society and also outside for free. RER station was 5 mins walk from the apartment. And by car we can be in Paris in about 20-30 mins. It was very clean apartment and also host was reachable easily. Check in and check out was very easy and as per our needs. Kitchen had all the utensils needed.
Negative: Nothing to mention.

Positive: Super helpful host. The apartment is basic, and perfect for what I needed. It also allows for parking.
Negative: Noisy kitchen door, the drain in the shower was blocked. But these issues can easily be fixed.

Positive: Everything was at a high level. We liked everything. I would especially like to note the support and attention of the owner of the apartment. He explained everything down to the smallest detail and took care of our comfort. Check-in was contactless.
Negative: It is better to move around Paris by metro. You can get from the apartment to the metro by train. It is better to leave the car under the house. There are a lot of damaged cars (stupid scooter riders) and very inconvenient parking in the center.

Positive: The apartment is very comfortable and in a quiet and safety living area. It also has an excellent connection with Paris per RER. We could park our car directly near the apartment. The guest holder is very friendly and helpful! She provided us a late check out because we have a baby with us. We were very thankful for that!

Positive: The apartment was very nice, clean and quiet. Modern with Comfortable bed and nice decoration. Nespresso device available. It is alao located right next to Rueil-Malmaison's RER station, so very easy access to Paris.
Negative: I stayed only one night and I had no issues.
