Positive: Overall the hotel is lovely. I stayed here previously and they've added several new things, most notably the adult only side which is great. I think the overall decor, staff, location, and amenities are good. I didn't try the gym so can't comment on this. The staff are really exceptional and I'm really pleased with how they go above and beyond to deliver great customer service. It's easy access to nearby Dover Beach, but if you walk you can meet Worthington Beach and all other beaches along the way to Bridgetown.
Negative: While the restaurants are good, I wasn't a fan of Elements. I think the food here let down the overall quality. It's not a dislike per se, just that I'd rate this average quality vs what Oro and Blue Fin offer which I found was a lot better. Additionally, The room didn't have large enough drawers to put your clothes in. While some people are ok to hang clothing and live out of their suitcase, others like to use a drawer for better and easier access to do this.

Positive: The staff made this hotel and the whole holiday. Everyone was just fantastic! Food In all of the restaurants was great too. Beach service was good.
Negative: The room we were in was a little dated. We used a hospitality room to change before we left which was a little more modern so I think some rooms are better. For the money spent, it could do with a little modernising, but it didn’t spoil the trip at all.

Positive: Location and food variety and quality.
Negative: No proper swimming pool that could be used for swimming. This is particularly important as the sea is rough in that area and it was not possible to swim in the sea. The downside of this hotel is the unfriendly attitude of some female staff.
Summary: Unlikely to be back unless major changes happen.
