Positive: Location was very good. Property provided all kitchen utensils towels and bedding. Left a nice welcome package.
Negative: Property is not cleaned to high standard. I would not describe this property as clean. Was definitely not even hoovered before our arruval. Empty cigarette box and full astray obviously left from previous renters when we arrived. Garden furniture old rusty and broken not as advertised in pictures on booking.com. rugs and throws in property old and dirty looking require replacing. Pictures on booking.com are clearly old and dont represent the property as it is now. Property definitely requires some TLC plug sockets hanging off walls door handles broken. Cracked damaged paint in rooms. Not what I would expect from a 300£ a night rental. Few adjustments would make this a perfect getaway
Summary: Not quite as advertised.

Positive: Lovely peaceful location, ended up extending the stay and the process was very quick and efficient. Kitchen was lovely and so were the rooms with clean towels and sheets for each guest. Outside area was lovely.
Negative: Slight leak on the kitchen ceiling and there was no sign of an oven fan meaning the smoke alarm did go off on one occasion. Other than that was absolutely beautiful.
