Summary: Early check in was arranged very easily for my partner coming off night shift. Consistently reasonably priced. Only complaint was that cleaner entered the room early and before we had checked out. My partner was still sleeping. She then got angry and stated slamming doors and making lots jot noise in the hallway when told that there was still 1.5 hours until check out. Otherwise the stay was great.

Summary: Really friendly and helpful staff from both receptionists and woman who serviced the room. Great location in Townsville and food at Metropole also good. Decided to extend for an extra night as so good. Great value for money

Summary: Arrived late and there was still an available front desk. The room facilities are complete, only the WIFI network is not stable. Recommended overall.

Summary: Was comfortable and good value for money comparatively. Interior is looking a bit dated. Only given one key card I realised when I got to the room, however there was two of us staying. Yeah I could have asked for another one, but if you book for two, I feel like you should be offered two.
